Education & Academic Journey ⌄

Askin's journey began at Father LeBlond School, Siliguri, where discipline, responsibility, and strong values shaped his foundation.

He pursued BBA in Human Resources from Presidency College, Bangalore, gaining deep insight into people management and organizational behavior.

He completed MBA in Human Resources from Jain University, Bangalore, focusing on leadership, systems, and people-centric growth.

Professional Journey ⌄

Askin began his career at Reliance as a Fulfilment Executive, learning large-scale operations and structured business systems.

He later transitioned into Human Resources, working closely with teams, people operations, and organizational culture.

Spending 2.5 years at Reliance shaped his leadership mindset, discipline, and approach to scalable execution.

Business Journey ⌄

Askin stepped away from corporate life and returned to Murshidabad to build something meaningful.

This led to the birth of Cups N Crumbs Café, where modern charm met the warmth of home.

That vision eventually evolved into Khazaana — built on trust, community, and purpose.
